I was at a car show this weekend and I was listenign to this little kid walk by the car. He said "wow look at the stereo it looks real expensive. I guess thats why he didn't have enough money to buy a expensive car". I thought that was soooo funny... The car shows here on the Island (Victoria, Canada) are quite lame. Out of 500 cars they only had about 5 imports and only one civic. I wish I lived closer to some better shows. Oh well they are still entertaining.

Anyone else have some good stories??

Actually I read a funny story online on the CRX Resource about a kid who went on a date with this girl in his CRX, the girl said to the kid, hey atleast we have something in common! He says whats that? She said we both drive shitty cars!! HAHA! The kid said get out! HA!

I was at a car show 2 months ago and a kid was with his dad and was saying I want a Civic just like that! "I was thinking to myself how nice" Then the kid goes, but I want mine to be lowered hehe! Ah well

This one other time these 2 old farts are looking at the ride and they say under their breaths.. "Mommy and daddy must be rich and given him too much money".. Well I'm not usually confrontational but I snapped! I said "Actually I work 2 jobs and have paid for everything on the car including the car!" They zipped it up pretty quick and left but boy was I ever WRILED UP.. Is that how you spell wriled?? oh well...

Hey man you should hear the hill billys when I race! The walk past the car and laugh, or say dumb rice burners. I just blow them off. One time some hilly billy drove past and yelled Imports Suck! And my brother yelled get with the times you dope! Typical Redneck comments. Im racing this friday, I should have some good stories then about some hill billy

this isn't a car show story but, it's funny and just happened like a week ago.

i was walking out to my car in a parking lot when i noticed a little old man (in his 70's or 80's) walking towards me. "nice exhaust, i bet it sounds good" he says to me. thinking he's being sarcastic i say "thanks, i like it" and kinda shrug it off. he then says "yea, i really like my exhaust" and points over to a brand new top of the line Grand Am (with Dual exhaust). i get in and start my car. when i look over my shoulder to back out i see him giving me a thumbs up sign. so, i decided to wait for him to get in and fire up his car. daaaaaamn, that car growled like nobody's business! it just goes to show, you should never under estimate anyone
